Hematology
Minimum 375 uL of whole blood, anticoagulated with EDTA (1-2 mg per mL of blood). Sodium citrate (3.4 - 3.8 g/dL) is not preferred but may be used as the anticoagulant at a concentration of 1 part anticoagulant to 9 parts whole blood.
